Good morning everyone, let’s flow together! This 25 min yoga sequence will help you deeply stretch your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine for a boost of energy in the morning. If you tend to wake up with stiff, tight, achy or sore muscles, you’ll really benefit from this class.

We’ll explore poses like reclined butterfly, pigeon pose, square pose and yogi squat. I would say this is best suited for intermediate students and no props are required.
