Morning Power Yoga | Intermediate Flow – Full Body Tone & Strengthen


This intermediate power flow works on toning and strengthening the full body. We’ll start with a warm up to fire up the arms and core, move through a standing sequence to strengthen the legs, side body and obliques and then end with a gentle cool down. This is the perfect yoga class to give you energy and kickstart your day!
