52- Beginners Yoga class by Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh |Yoga for Unity and Well-being| Heartfulness

Ganga Nandini was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, graduated from University of California Berkeley with a Bachelors Degree in Molecular Cell Biology and Psychology. After graduation, she embarked on a journey to connect to her Indian roots and was called to the banks of Mother Ganga on a Save Ganga Yatra. Upon reaching the Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh, in 2010 she was deeply inspired by HH Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji and Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswatiji, to live and serve permanently in Rishikesh, India.
Whilst spending her days in selfless service or Karma Yoga she has also experienced first hand the miracle of living and practicing a yogic lifestyle, having completely healed from Lupus, an autoimmune disorder she had been diagnosed with and suffered from for over 8 years with a history of ill-health from childhood. Today she lives with health and happiness-by her Guru’s grace- free from any medication and reminiscent symptoms for the last 11 years and is enthusiastic to share the gift of yoga with all.
